Water Damage to Commercial Carpet

WATER DAMAGE to a commercial building caused by a toilet over flow during on evening saturated  carpet in the hall and several offices.  SERVPRO was contacted and arrived onsite within 2 hours to start the drying process.  Technicians extracted the carpet first then treated with antimicrobial spray and placed the air movers and dehumidifiers. The Technicians also pulled the cove base and drilled holes to further the drying process.

Once the property is dried to appropriate levels SERVPRO of Plano will return to re-install cove base and clean the commercial carpeting.
